Downpipes are the first part of the exhaust that connects your turbocharger to the rest of your exhaust. Many OEM downpipes are known to be restrictive with their piping diameter. If you are looking for a simple way to increase the horsepower on your turbocharged vehicle, we recommend replacing the OEM downpipe with an aftermarket downpipe. After installing an aftermarket downpipe, you will likely need a tune to adjust for the change in air fuel ratio. After getting a tune, your vehicle should perform better and have a better throttle response.
