APR Splitter

Overall, I am pretty happy with the splitter. I took a little more time to get the result I wanted. Take your time, and make a template of your splitter. I purchased additional hardware per the recommendations of others. U-clips/nuts, larger washers, counter sink bolts and washers.

Poor quality

The strip that's glued onto the end of the splitter has already started to come off in only a weeks time after install. Was sort of a pain to put on too. Overall it looks good but for the amount of money you pay the quality could definitely be better.

Is not an something you want to do if your not handy and afraid of taking thins apart since you have to remove the whole front bumber is alot of work.

ZL1 1LE APR Splitter

Great splitter, I liked the looks of it, unfortunately I only had it for about two months before I got hit by some road debris that took the front end of my car off. There are not much for instructions so you either need to take it to a shop or be handy yourself for the install. It took me about three hours to install it. The hardest part seeing how it would align with the bumper and drilling the holes to attach it. I would probably recommend longer rods so you can attach it to the bumper support that is more solid. I attached the rods to the grill which is somewhat flimsy but since I was doing the splitter for looks, I didn't mind. Overall quality was good, I didn't have any imperfections on mine that I could see. I liked the look of it on the car.

Easy Install

The splitter was easy enough for me to install myself. I would say if I can do it almost anyone can. I think it looks great. There is a YouTube video of this install if anyone needs a reference.

Carbon lip

Looks amazing! But has couple of big scratches on it, nothing too crazy but noticeable. Other than that, CLEAN!

Great addition to the car. It really does not take long to install if you are somewhat mechanically inclined. I should have done a video to possibly aid in it. The hardest part is really putting it all back on after completion. Took maybe an hour total. That is with complete bumper removal and complete install. Make sure you have a 5.5 mm socket. Not a lot of people keep those around, but you can get it off other ways I’m sure. Also have good drill bits. 3/16 and 1/4”. Get new ones as you will drill into the carbon. Good measuring tape! Also just take off the front tires as it makes install soooo much easier.

Awesome Addition!

My wife and I installed the Front Splitter ourselves; it was totally doable with two people. It looks so sick! The fit is perfect and the quality of the materials is excellent. I am so happy with my purchase!
