Factory replacement
These replace the lower bolts. Upper may be a different story. Let the old bolts soak in penetrating fluid for a day or two before removing

Cannot stress how easy this install was thanks to the step by step by ARP. I highly suggest chasing your threads prior to install. These should thread in by hand till you bottom them out in the block.
