Great exhaust set up

Recently installed this AWE track exhaust on my 8V S3 and it sounds incredible!!! It’s loud but it’s nice loud. Install was not too big of a problem, just at the T the clamp broke when installing. Went to get a new and no problems since.

Not for the Faint of Heart

Beautiful music for the muscle car symphony aficionado! I put these on my 2019 C7 Z06 Corvette. Sharp, clear, full, long, unobstructed, piercing high-note blasting revs... paired with deep throated, throttle-thumping, Growling Bolt-On-Dyno-Tune-Free Increased RWHP Accelerations... Glossy big mouth obsidian black quad-ended-pipe works of beauty! The install took me longer than I expected, but then again, I'm not as young and spry as I used to be, but it was straight-forward and good instructions were provided by the manufacturer. I will add here, that I had to disconnect the automatic transmission linkage (then reconnecting it after getting the pipes routed in) in contrast to just putting it in Neutral Gear - as advised by the manufacturer. Only negative I can find to mention would be that the manufacturer could have devised a mounting bracket (I used a 3" C.Y.D. Metal Hose Clamp attached through one of the unused holes on the provided AWE AFM Valve Simulators to anchor it to the exhaust pipe instead of using plastic zip ties to dangle them unsightly-like from something not made for mounting), and they could have provided more heat shield tape. I bought more heat shield tape from the local auto parts store and really over-insulated every line and wire in the general proximity of the exhaust pipes... to avoid Non-OEM possible damage occurring due to increased heat from this mod. Everything looks fantastic, sounds fantastic! Gets a lot of attention (but definitely exceeds legal noise decibel law limits, so beware). If you keep your city accelerations under 2000 rpm per gear (Slow and Very Light Pressure Granny Gas-Pedal Foot Applications) you might be able to eek by your neighborhood smokie without getting cited, but make no mistake, opening it up on the freeway will make a lot of noise detected miles away. Now, I start my car in the garage with the doors closed in the morning, and let the engine cycle down to a purr before opening my doors and backing out... just so I don't wake up everything with ears and generate bad reprisals.

This exhaust is phenomenal. Sounds amazing and beautifully made with quality materials and welds. I highly recommend this. When you want to hear it you can and when you don’t want to hear you won’t. Absolutely no cabin drone. I’m super impressed.

Perfect Exhaust

Easy to install and align with the sectional pieces. Done with hand tools in the driveway in under 2 hours. The sounds is absolutely perfect. Great growl on startup and under acceleration, but almost zero drone on the highway unless under load. With the windows up and AC or music on it’s barely noticeable. No complaints from the wife or kids about noise so that’s a win. I love it so much I transferred it from my previous Sierra to my new 2025. I wouldn’t even consider another cat back. I’ll add that I had fantastic communication and customer support from the AWE staff. Highly recommended on all levels.

Best Exhauat Ive Heard

I studied around 20 exhaust for my car because I have a very specific taste I want to hear. Most exhausts are way too loud, too high pitched, or just dont sound menacing at all. I found a video that showcased AWE which ive never heard before. I really liked it and decided to give it a shot and it delivered perfectly. At low RPM it almost sounds stock so cops or neighbors wont give you hell about it. But at high RPM or even mid RPM it is ear piercing loud. Revving alone is enough to hurt your ears and under full load I guarantee it can be heard within a 5 mile radius. It offers a really nice classic muscle car sound to it with a nice low rumble idle to a super loud Shockwave when gunning it. Absolutely the best purchase I have made for my car yet

Very nice product , easy install in the driveway. If you like a loud exhaust with great sound this is it.

AWE Exhaust 21Camero LT1

This is extremely loud and turns heads. I recommend getting the valve brackets. Looks much cleaner and you’re not relying on a zip tie to hold the valves up out of the way.

Fit

The exhaust went together as stated in the description, No lift so the install was done on my back and took less then 2 hours only thing I maybe did differently was lay out the entire system on the ground before starting. All parts were quality

love the exhaust, easy install on lift, sure its not too bad on ground either. Is not obnoxiously loud when at idle or cruising but when you step on it, you definitely hear the difference!
