Launching harder, reducing wheel hop, and adding cornering consistency to your Third or Fourth Gen GM F-body is easy with adjustable lower control arms from BMR Suspension. Stock stamped steel control arms with soft rubber bushings deflect under load and absorb power instead of transferring it to the tires. BMRs poly/rod end, on-car adjustable tubular control arms for F-bodies are the ultimate is strength and adjustability. Manufactured from heavy-duty 1-inch, 0.120-inch wall DOM steel tubing, the TCA004 poly/rod end lower control arms nearly eliminate all control arm deflection. TIG-welded chrome-moly tube adapters with a center-mounted adjuster make on-car adjustments simple and easy. Greasable, internally fluted, 95-durometer bushings add a solid, more responsive feel over the stock rubber bushings. BMRs bushing design allows grease to evenly coat the inner sleeve, keeping grease in the bushing under high loads. These flutes also direct grease to the outer edge of the bushing, keeping the thrust surface lubricated. This efficient lubrication ensures quiet, reliable operation over the life of the bushings. The other end features zinc-plated, X-series, heat-treated, chrome-moly, self-lubricating, Teflon-lined rod ends. It also features 304 stainless steel, custom designed rod end spacers. The stock control arms flex under cornering loads giving you inconsistent handling characteristics. Combine this with soft rubber bushings that have massive amounts of deflection and youre left with poor performance. The TCA004s heavy-duty construction and polyurethane bushings combined with heavy-duty rod ends eliminate unwanted deflection, giving you much improved repeatability on the street, starting line, or in the corners. BMRs polyurethane bushings are compliant enough to give you a comfortable ride and absorb NVH, while remaining firm enough to stand up to high loads of any performance environment.Suspension components are key to making sure your car is riding smoothly on or off the road. With upgraded suspension components, you can unlock the full potential of your vehicles performance.Control arms connect your vehicles suspension to the vehicles frame. Control arms allow your vehicle to turn and pivot. By having a quality set of control arms, you can keep your vehicles suspension feeling smooth and operating properly. When BMR Suspension began back in 1998, it was difficult for performance automotive enthusiasts to find suspension products that had an innovative design and quality construction at an affordable price. BMR turned this market void into a business philosophy, and has been serving our customers needs ever since. Currently offering chassis, suspension, and drivetrain products for 22 different vehicles, BMR is the leading suspension manufacturer in many of the market segments that it serves.Whether you are interested in street performance, hardcore drag racing, or handling applications, BMR Suspension has the products that you need. Proudly made in the U.S.A. in a manufacturing facility near Tampa, Florida, American workers cut, bend, notch, drill, and mill components from American-made DOM and chrome-moly steel. Then, every product is fixture-welded to maintain consistent quality. Workers bead-blast parts and then powdercoat them using BMRs in-house powdercoating line. Finished parts are then assembled and packaged in the assembly department. By manufacturing every product in house, BMR can control the quality at every stage of the manufacturing process.BMR Suspension products fit and work so well because they are street driven and track tested on BMR project vehicles. Past project cars include a 2005 Mustang drag car, a 2005 Mustang street car, a 2004 GTO, and a 1994 Camaro. BMRs current project vehicles include a 2016 Camaro, three 2015 Mustang GTs, a 2011 Mustang GT, a 2010 Camaro, and a 1969 Camaro. As if that were not enough, BMR also has a 2009 G8 GT, a 2008 Trailblazer SS,a 2003 Mach 1 Mustang, a 2000 Grand Prix GTP, a 1998 Camaro, a 1990 Mustang LX, a 1971 Camaro, a 1970 Chevelle, a 1967 Chevelle, and a 1968 GTO. But it is more than just great vehicles-virtually every BMR employee is a racer or hot rodder, as well. This love of racing is demonstrated everyday in BMRs customer service, design innovation, and manufacturing quality.By continuing to push the envelope in product design innovation and manufacturing technology, you can be sure that BMR Suspension will continue to offer the most innovative, quality-oriented, affordable suspension products available. When performance is a must, rely on BMR Suspension!
