Lowered 2008 Tahoe with factory air shocks

I used these shocks to replace the factory autoride suspension after lowering. Little more stiff than the air shocks but feels much less "floaty." Solid ride. I have only put a little over a 100 miles on them so far and will be sure to review again if I feel that it is necessary. Hope this helps!

Straight forward. Good looking equipment.

The adjustable ride height shims are nice. Assembly of the new strut went smoothly, fairly simple to do. The difficult part is getting to the but on top of the strut without a special tool. Both removing the spring front the stock strut and tightening the nut on the new strut is a challenge on my particular application due to the spring hat. Otherwise I like the ride, and the quality.

Good shocks at a good price!

For the price for a set of front and rear shock these feel pretty good! For my 05 Escalade it reduced the body roll around turns and tighted up the handling in general with a much sportier feel to it and less like the boat it once was with the very soft and worn out factory shocks. Be advised you will feel the road a little more with these being that they’re more street performance than the luxury car/tuck type feeling but better steering responsiveness!

I have a 2008 chevy silverado crew cab and this shocks are amazing for my ride, they run smoothly with my truck been 4/6 dropped. I drive it everyday for work between Louisiana and Texas and believe me the roads are rough in this states

Great ride quality

I could definitely tell a difference from the moment I put these shocks on the rear of my 2016 F150, after installing my DJM 3/6 drop kit..I would definitely recommend these to anyone that's planning on lowering, or already has lowered, their 2015-18 F150.
