SL2 Pro LED Bulb Overview. The SL2 Pro replaces our popular SL1 LED Bulb with a number of upgrades including next-generation TST LED technology an integrated top-mounting fan and an internal driver. The all-new SL2 Pro LED bulb is a direct plug-and-play replacement and provides a significant upgrade in performance compared to OEM halogen bulbs.

Next-Generation TST Technology. The SL2 Pro uses thermal separation technology (TST) which reduces thermal resistance and allows the SL2 Pro to run at a higher temperature. Unlike a traditional LED chip TST Technology separates the electrical connections on the top side from the thermal pad on the bottom side. This increases the surface area that can be used to dissipate heat meaning the SL2 Pro can run at a higher power for a longer amount of time.

Correct Optical Focus. The SL2 Pro LED bulb was engineered to focus light just like your original bulb preserving the focus and hotspot with no added glare. It produces a functional pattern on the road with a stronger hotspot for added distance.

Internal Cooling. The SL2 Pro features an integrated top-mounted fan for superior thermal management. With the fan on the top of the bulb the heat generated by the LEDs circulates into the lamp to spread warm air. While it might not melt snow it certainly helps.
