Shipping Details

Seibon products are large items and typically ship via freight. In-stock items have an approximate handling and inspection time of 5-7 days prior to shipment. Preorder products will take longer, with lead times varying. In-stock items generally take about one to two weeks to ship.

Seibon packs all products carefully to prevent damage during shipping. However, damage may still occur occasionally. Buyers must inspect the packaging and products carefully upon receipt, noting any damages or irregularities on the freight bill or receipt in the driver's presence. Retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier's damage inspector. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, as this may void the buyer's right to make a damage claim.

All damages must be reported to the carrier and Seibon within 24 hours. The carrier will determine whether to pay for repair costs or replacement value after inspection. Seibon is not liable for damaged products or subsequent settlement claims with the carrier.
