    Description

    Performance Cold-Side Pipe. The CVF Cold-Side Aluminum Intercooler Pipe with HKS Flange improves turbo response by replacing restrictive OEM piping with larger, mandrel-bent aluminum tubing to enhance airflow efficiency from the intercooler. This design promotes smoother air passage and reduces airflow restrictions to support improved overall performance in the Focus ST.

    Construction and Appearance. Made from mandrel-bent aluminum for consistent internal diameter and minimized airflow turbulence, the pipe features a durable wrinkle black finish providing corrosion resistance and an attractive appearance. It includes robust 4-ply silicone couplers with reinforced fibers and heavy-duty t-bolt clamps to ensure a secure, pressure-resistant fit.

    Installation. Installation is straightforward as a direct bolt-on replacement requiring no modifications or drilling. Basic hand tools are sufficient, and the process generally takes under an hour to complete.
