The CVF Cold-Side Aluminum Intercooler Pipe with TiAL Flange enhances your vehicle's turbocharger efficiency by replacing restrictive OEM cold-side piping with mandrel-bent aluminum tubing. It improves airflow, optimizing performance and reducing charge air temperatures. This component is a direct bolt-on replacement designed for seamless integration.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from mandrel-bent aluminum tubing featuring a wrinkle black finish, this intercooler pipe offers superior thermal capacity while weighing significantly less than stainless steel alternatives. The kit includes heavy-duty t-bolt clamps and ultra-resistant 4-ply silicone couplers, complemented by an integrated 1/8 inch NPT bung for future water or methanol injection setups. The boost reference adapter kit and block-off plate are included for a complete installation.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring only basic hand tools and no modifications or drilling. This part is engineered for a direct bolt-on fit to ensure a quick and hassle-free upgrade process.
