These pads deliver optimized friction characteristics for smooth and consistent stopping power, tailored to the regenerative braking systems in EVs. Their use ensures efficient braking performance that complements the advanced technologies found in electric drivetrains.

      Materials And Technology. Manufactured with copper-free ceramic friction materials, these brake pads feature a unique application-specific friction formulation. The pads incorporate slots for temperature regulation and debris removal, a post-curing scorching process to improve cold friction and reduce bedding-in time, and premium multilayer elastomeric coated shims to decrease noise. Additional enhancements include chamfers to minimize vibration and noise, and a titanium-infused bedding-in stripe to boost initial stopping power and smooth rotor mating.

      Installation. Installation of these pads is straightforward with no drilling required, making them accessible for both professionals and skilled enthusiasts. The process aligns with standard brake pad replacement procedures.
