Review shared from Edelbrock Superchargers E-Force Stage 1 Street Supercharger Kit with Tuner (15-17 3.6L Jeep Wrangler JK)
Little jeep build
If you're looking for a hot rod this is not it. But this does make the little Jeep more useful. You can set the cruise control at 80 and actually do it . Makes getting around in traffic possible .

E-Force Stage 1 for Wrangler JKU
The product is well thought out. The instructions leave some areas for interpretation in terms of routing of hoses and wires. This results in some moments of angst with multiple choices. The routing of PCV/Coolant/Wiring needs better pictures and descriptions. The intercooler purge tank leaked on my install. Research shows others have had this problem on other makes/models of vehicles. Buy new intake manifold gaskets and throttle body gasket ahead of time. Makes no sense to me to reuse these unless your Wrangler is brand new. The directions for the fuel injector install are confusing. Pretty satisfied. Need to resolve surge tank issue with customer service in there morning. Assuming positive support from Edelbrock as they've always been good on other products. As to performance gain... jury is out. Definitely more power but not shocking power. It is a Jeep with 33.5 in tires so I'm probably expecting too much.

Worth it fairly easy
I have a 2016 JKU on 35x12.5 BFG K02s. My Jeep felt sluggish after all my upgrades. I ended up getting a pedal commander which really helped. I regeared from 3.73 to 4.56 which helped. Between those two mods the drive-ability came back and it quit searching for gears. The supercharger is awesome. From a stop or slow roll it just takes off instead of building speed slowly. On the freeway it makes passing or speeding up easy and not so much of a chore. My MPGs haven’t really changed at all. I’m still averaging 14.5 ish. The kit is actually priced extremely well. This is a FULL kit w/tuning and many are not!! Tuning will cost you 1k-1.5k depending on where you live. This kit comes packaged extremely well with every box and bag numbered. Instructions are step by step with color clear pictures, inventory list and tools list. Comes with a box and label to send ECM and TCM to edlebrock for tuning. Install - took me about 12 hours doing it by myself. I’m not a mechanic and this was my first supercharger install but it is not that difficult. My skill set is above average but by no means great. It is CARB compliant (CA LEGAL) and comes with CARB sticker for smog. I do recommend this product, I am extremely happy with edlebrock, and plan to buy these kits for my other vehicles.

Supercharged install experience
Gave my Jeep the right amount of power it needed. Not to overbearing where I would have to upgrade the rest of the Jeep. Perfect. Oh to those who are thinking of buying one of these if you have and flashed OCM with super chips flash you have to purchase a new OCM and have the dealer factory flash it. This will add an extra 1,000 to the install.

Edelbrock Supercharger
Installation was smooth. The instructions were crystal clear. The Craftmanship of the Supercharger looks and performs better then I anticipated. Nothing better then making a big purchase and have it exceed your expectations.. My salesperson Crystal from Extreme Terrain was great. I had a few questions prior to purchasing and she quickly got all the answers and more from Edelbrock and returned my calls within 1 business day. A to Crystal.. Once the install was complete the jeep fired right up and had a great angry sound.. The stock tuner boost is set at 8lbs and that was enough to wake the 3.6 Penstar right up.. Launching the jeep reminds me of a 383 swap i did in a 91YJ. Boost is instant.. No waiting for rpms to rise before getting the power you expect from a supercharger.. The Jeep pulls and continues to pull until you stop accelerating. Supercharging my JK with 37's and 513 gears was all i was missing.. No more having to downshift to pass or driving up hill. Gas mileage is better then stock because you dont have to drive with the pedal to the floor to get where you want to go.. Overall very happy with my purchase.. The only thing i wish they offered or added was the cold air intake. The aftermarket ones dont really work anymore. The factory one is too restrictive. Fortunately i have a friend thats a fab welder and he was able to make me a better one out of stainless steel..

Very nice addition
Installation was easy with the instruction book they sent, it had pictures to help. Everything went smooth. When I did have an issue, Edelbrock was more than happy to help over the phone, very little wait time. After the install, I was able to drive around and definitely noticed a better difference. It's not a racer, but it holds speed much better. The acceleration it more responsive and I did notice a difference in manuel shifting. It feels to shift smoother, like and automatic in a way. Not sure why that is, but a bonus.

After install...
My review above... I wanted to let those who needed to know what I didn't know when purchasing in on a small bit of information. I can't edit the review so I will add below for after installation. This thing is absolutely amazing in every way. I installed it in about 11 man hours over 2 days as I wanted to take my time. There were a few tricky spots with the installation that I had to work on for a bit, one is the mounting of the water pump. (Add a small piece of masking tape over the bolts to hold them to the socket so you don't lose them in the frame) But the instructions were clear and direct. I installed it by myself in a garage with no help, so it's definitely manageable as a one person installation. As for the charger: amazing! It fired right up after install and off I went. I dropped my 0-60 to 5.5 sec, although I have a mod exhaust and intake but still... The punch is extraordinary from top to bottom of the RPM range and is smooth and constant though shifts. Although I haven't taken it off-road yet aside from cutting up in the snow. The boost is just wow and the torque is insane. I punched it on a wet road at 45mph and even in second I got full spin on the tires. I can only imagine what this thing will do off-road. As for the noise, it runs relatively quiet until you hit the throttle, then the whine it puts out is just sick. I steered away from the centrifugal for its faults and went with this one instead for reasons I have mentioned before. I'm so glad I did, there is on wind-up. the bypass doesn't affect my gas mileage, and when I hit the pedal the boost is instant. I couldn't be happier.
