Great flywheel just a heads up

so I’ve been running the flywheel for about two months now and it’s great. Youll definitely notice the difference from stock and the car is a little bit more rev happy. Still not completely used to it as it does. It takes some time to get used to rev matching with this flywheel, especially if you’ve driven the car for a while stock. Once you get used to the lighter flywheel, you won’t be disappointed. The only reason I haven’t given it a five out of five stars is that there seem to be no warning of this particular issue when it comes to changing the flywheel on these cars. Initially, when I change the flywheel, I was getting a misfire which I assumed possibly could’ve been the result of bad coil packs or even bad spark plugs. I troubleshooted the issue for a good while before I realized that I needed to do what they call a crank relearning procedure With a SCTX4 I bought from Steeda. So this is just a word of advice when buying this product make sure you have a tuning device on hand that has the capability of doing a crank relearn procedure. Otherwise you will be a misfiring and the OBD2 codes could imply other issues

2014 GT Flywheel

Fits perfectly fine and easy to install. Don't forget to recalibrate the crankshaft speed sensor after flywheel replacement.

What a difference

It revs up so much faster now. Great upgrade! Loosing 5 pounds off the stock flywheel is a bigger difference than I thought

Lighter flywheel is a must

It is a bit lighter than stock, the car sounds a little more responsive and feels a little faster in the upper rpms. I paired this with the exedy Mach 400 stage 1 clutch. Driveability feels the same as stock.

Not for a daily driver

Have a supercharged 05 mustang and installed this flywheel. It was great quality, but made the car very miserable to drive. This flywheel weighs 16 pounds vs 25lb stock. I'll be installing something closer to stock soon. Taking off from a stop was brutal

it is as advertised and you can for sure feel the difference. Absolutely worth it.

Feels almost like stock

Got it with a exedy Mach 500 clutch combo and the flywheel feels almost like stock but considering it being lighter will sacrifice driveability a bit in stopngo traffic and it will shudder a bit on idle but that’s normal

Nice flywheel, gets me into boost quicker

Good trade off between being streetable and noticeable sped up rpm’s to get into boost faster (Paxton supercharger). Does take a few days getting used to.

Great performance and quality

The car revs way faster and feels like a new car. 10/10 recommended for any 4.6 car
