      Description

      Boost Response Enhancement. The Turbosmart IWG75 Wastegate Actuator 14 PSI improves the boost response of the factory turbocharger by increasing the effective diaphragm surface area and using revised springs for superior leverage against boost and backpressure. It enables earlier peak boost and a broader torque curve, enhancing engine performance across the RPM range.

      Construction and Appearance. This actuator features a high-grade billet aluminum body coupled with stainless steel rods and clevis for durability and precision. The diaphragm is made from a proprietary Silicon Nomex material designed for high performance and longevity, with a sleek, durable finish that withstands harsh operating conditions.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with a bolt-on fitment to the factory turbocharger, requiring no drilling when replacing the 12psi version. Higher pressure versions may require ECU tuning or recalibration to achieve optimal performance.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit 16-18 Focus RS.
