      Description

      Required For Cobra Jet Intake Manifold. This Ford Racing Cobra Jet Cold Air Intake is designed to be used with the Cobra Jet Intake Manifold p/n M-9424-M50CJ in conjunction with either a GT500 Throttle Body or a Cobra Jet Throttle Body - p/n M-9926-MSVT, M-9926-CJ65 or M-9926-SCJ.

      More Air for More Power. Featuring a 102mm diameter molded plastic air intake tube with a unique clean-air inlet design for better incoming airflow, this Ford Racing Cold Air Intake greatly improves power and throttle response.

      Legendary Ford Racing Performance. When you're adding parts to your pony, trust the folks who know it best to untap hidden potential and unleash the monster under your hood. This cold air intake is featured as original equipment on the naturally aspirated version of the Cobra Jet Mustang Race Car.

      Calibration Required. To realize the full power potential that this Cobra Jet Cold Air Intake Kit has to offer, a custom tune file is required to reprogram the vehicles computer (ECU) for proper operation.

      Application. This Ford Racing 5.0L Cobra Jet Cold Air Intake Kit is specifically designed to fit 2011-2014 GT and 2012-2013 Boss 302 Mustangs with the Cobra Jet 5.0L Intake Manifold installed.

      Technical Notes.
      • 2013-2014 Mustang GT heat extractor may allow drainage of water onto air filter. Modify as necessary.
      • CJ inlet tube does not have provisions for aspirator tube hook up common to automatic transmission equipped 2011-2014 Mustang GT.
