Description
The throttle position sensor bolts to the throttle blade shaft and relays throttle opening/closing information to the system ECU. The TPS is constructed of high resistance material with a sensitive rotator for accurate throttle position measurement.
Whether its for a full rebuild or some standard maintenance, the proper engine components are needed to make sure your vehicle is running smooth.
Throttle bodies are the main component of your vehicle that regulates the amount of air entering the engine. Since throttle bodies have a butterfly valve, they control the amount of air that enters the intake manifold. If you are looking for more power in your vehicle, consider upgrading to a larger throttle body that allows for more air flow.
