Fit like a glove

This exhaust system fit perfectly. Recommend have a friend or stout teenager to help with muffler and tailpipe connection. Would have been tough with one person. Bolts onback of Cat were the worst, the bad nuts and threaded into Cat flanges. Cut them off and expected pound of with a sledge, nope. Two were pretty easy two were stubborn. Those bolts and gaskets are not included in kit but easy to source locally. Much quieter than expected but does have a little growl, but easy to talk inside.

Gibson Exhaust on Armada

Great product, just make sure your current exhaust is not rusted on. The installation manual assumes that your current hardware is in good condition and my cars nuts and bolts were in poor condition

Fitment

Overall this product is acceptable. One difficulty I had was the joint where the "Y" pipe from the right side cat and the crossover pipe from the left side cat join together. I had to remove 3/8" of pipe from the joint in order to allow the flanges at the rear of the cat pipes to seat properly. This was a minor inconvenience but it did cause a lot of extra time and labor as the problem was not evident until the "loose fitment" was completed. The entire Y pipe assembly had to be removed, adjusted and re-installed.

Easy to install and great looking/sounding exhaust! (Armada)

This Gibson exhaust was a snap to install. The hardest part was getting the old exhaust off, but once it was removed, the Gibson bolted on with no trouble at all. Unless you're a magician, you will need to lower the spare tire on the Armada to clear the last section, but that would be true of any exhaust. The extra power is definitely there (in conjunction with the Volant CAI) and the exhaust note is very nice -- not droning, but just enough to tell you it's there. Highly recommend this Gibson!

Gibson on Armada

Works very well, straight replacement. Is a bit tight over the rear frame when installed. About 1/3 inch clearance to suspension. Overall good - but the sound is quite a bit louder and has an overly loud thrumming sound under slight acceleration. When is a lot of the time you drive. Lower rating is due to this sound resonance.
