      Description

      High-Performance Main Bearing Set. The King Engine Bearings for Thrust in 5 Position Size STDX is engineered to support high-load applications in Subaru EJ series engines. Designed specifically for racing and high-performance environments, this bearing set enhances engine reliability by improving load distribution and optimizing oil flow under demanding conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. These bearings feature a tri-metal lead bronze base enhanced with a proprietary pMaxBlack™ overlay. The overlay undergoes a nano-scaled hardening process to deliver superior durability and load capacity. The bearings have a black finish and incorporate full oil grooves, SmartLug™ technology, and precisely engineered oil slots to maximize lubricant delivery and reduce the risk of oil leaks.

      Installation. Installation requires standard engine assembly skills with no additional drilling or machining needed. These bearings are designed for precise fitment to compatible Subaru crankshaft and housing dimensions, allowing straightforward replacement in EJ20, EJ22, and EJ25 WRX engines, including turbocharged variants.
