Construction and Appearance. These shocks utilize a nitrogen gas-charged, twin-tube design featuring an ultra-smooth triple chrome plated piston rod to reduce seal wear. The damping valves are hand-assembled in a clean environment to prevent contamination. The shock body and brackets are made from the thickest and strongest materials available, combined with a sintered iron rod guide and seamless extruded steel tubing, enhancing durability and consistent performance. A Teflon band around the piston ensures a positive seal, preventing fluid bypass.
Installation. Installation of the Excel-G Rear Right shock is simple and typically requires no drilling or extensive modifications. It is crafted as a direct OE replacement, allowing for an efficient, hassle-free swap.
