The MagnaFlow 1992-1996 Chevrolet Corvette Street Series Axle-Back Performance Exhaust System 15623 brings enhanced engine sound and dyno-proven performance to your 5.7L 1992-1996 Chevrolet Corvette with a healthy helping of our deep, resonant signature exhaust note at Moderate exterior and Mild interior sound levels. Thanks to its durable, corrosion resistant stainless steel design, this Chevrolet Corvette exhaust system will handle whatever tarmac you decide to leave your mark on. This performance exhaust kit features an axle-back layout designed to replace your Chevrolet Corvette's exhaust system from near the rear axle on back. With its fast-flowing, mandrel bent 3in. main piping and 2 Straight-Through mufflers ending in a Quad Split Rear exit with 3.5in. Polished Welded-On Single Wall Angle Cut Rolled Edge tips, your ride will be sounding as awesome as it looks. Extensive 3D scanning during development has resulted in a direct-fit design that you can easily install yourself. 15623 is produced using CNC precision robotic manufacturing techniques and is backed by MagnaFlow's 1-year limited finish warranty and limited lifetime construction warranty.

Second Set
This is the 2nd set of Magnaflow mufflers I've purchased for '96 Vettes. Easy to install, look great, well made, nicely finished, good value. Good sound at idle. A bit too much drone at cruise, but tolerable.

In a word, PERFECT! Gave my car that growl I was looking for without sounding stupid. Easiest muffler replacement ever. A sawzall and a 9/16 wrench. Took about an hour. Fit and finish excellent! Thanks.

Very easy installation no cutting or adjusting very simple plug-in play I did not have any other modifications done. Besides axle back exhaust and a CANNON air filter right now. I have street tires stock lift and I’m getting around 22 miles a gallon.

great sound
Is a real good quality product & easy to install. Has that deep growl that I appreciate. It does drone between 1500 & 2000 rpm at a medium pull. I wanted a slightly louder exhaust than stock. When I bought the car someone had put a Rousch axle back system on it & I thought it was too loud. So I went with this catback system after much research, thinking it would be quieter. Honestly, its about the same noise level to me.

Sounds Great, Looks Great!
This was exactly what I was looking and hoping for. My Camaro is cammed, FBO, headers without cats and the previous exhaust was a very loud. It still sounds very good and if you get on it, it's still pretty loud but now I don't feel like I'm upsetting my neighbors (as much) when I decide to take my car to work in the morning. Arrived quickly and had it installed in about an hour.

A good exhaust system
The exhaust is well-made, easy to install, and sounds good - most of the time. I do have a really hollow / raspy sound around 2000rpms that did get a little better as time went on, but is still really annoying - especially since that's the RPM that I typically drive around in. Would still recommend it to anyone curious since the sound below 2000 and above 2000 rpms is deep and loud. Negligible performance gain on my vehicle, but my butt dyno says it feels faster, so take it with a grain of salt.
