Turbo Sounds!

This things sounds like a jet when you put your foot into it. I dont have the top on so it may be louder for me than those that do, but the sound of the turbo coming through intake is something else.

I did this by myself taking my time it took me about 40 minutes, look up the video on YouTube follow that to a "T" and things worked out perfectly. Very impressed very very impressed

2018 camaro 2.0 turbo

Item was well packaged, clean finished look, install instructions on YouTube. Easy install with ninimal tools required, bolt on application. Would highly recomend.

Sounds & looks amazing!

I was skeptical about installing a cold air intake after reading mixed reviews. However, this unit just looked so good I wanted it for pure aesthetics even if the performance was not enhancing to my 2.0 turbo. When I first installed it I did get a check engine light, but I think that’s because I didn’t disconnect the battery first. But after a couple drives the light went away and it sounds super awesome! I totally feel like it added a bit of pep and when the head is up it looks absolutely amazing. I love this product! The only difficulty in installing is trying to get the valve off using the included clip tools (you’ll know what I mean lol). But, I just disconnected it from the car which gave me better access to the tabs.

Mishi CAI reigns supreme

Coupled with a C&L bypass valve adapter during installation and my turbo has been brought to life. This thing is nasty. I liked the looks of other CAI’s better but the reviews on the mishimoto sold me and did not disappoint. I love the sound of this intake. I’m a bit of noob with doing work on cars so it took me about 2.5 hours on the install. Seems like I really struggle with the connections, and I’m very cautious about making sure everything is perfect. Only problem I had was the connection to the ground wire gave a bad ground and the brake light and hood ajar light came on, so I had to scrape off some of the paint on that portion of the box that connects to the ground wire and problem solved.

Best looking air intake

This intake sounds amazing when you rev the motor and looks way better than the other intakes out there. Plus, who wants to add more black plastic to their engine bay? Not me

Perfect Turbo Sound

Finally this car sounds like a turbo car! Materials quality is excellent, looks great, sounds perfect. Really an exact first mod. Not sure I need an exhaust upgrade after installing this because all I think about is the turbo now. Also was planning a blow off valve, but this alone sounds so great, it might not be needed! Be careful to ensure the harness grounding strap is still in electrical contact with the frame of the car or the left headlight won't work, the hood ajar light and parking brake lights will be stuck on, the front radar if equipped will fault, and some alerts related to these will pop up. Once grounded properly they all disappear, no long term harm done. Install is not too hard but probably is easier in warmer weather for working the connectors near the turbo on and off. I think 1.5 hours.

Looks great and sounds awesome really works great . Easy to install hardest part Is hooking up the bypass valve to the turbo everything else is really easy.
