The Mishimoto 03-07 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Intercooler is designed to provide superior cooling performance for your high-powered 6.0L engine. Manufactured with heavy-duty cast aluminum end tanks and a stout bar-and-plate core, this intercooler effectively reduces intake temperatures, improves airflow, and reduces pressure drop. By decreasing pressure drop, this intercooler extends the life of your turbocharger and enhances the efficiency of your Powerstroke engine.

With a core that has a greater volume than the factory cooler, the Mishimoto intercooler offers numerous performance benefits, including increased pressure tolerance and lower EGTs. Engineered to provide substantial benefits on a stock truck, it also supports the power and boost levels of a highly modified truck.
