This replacement manual steering shaft coupler fits 76-83 CJ5, 76-86 CJ7 and 81-86 CJ8 Scrambler models. Coupler measures 0.70- inches ID on the shaft end and features 23 splines. For complete coupler kit, use 18018.04. Replaces OE 8121299
