Pretty easy set up, roll up takes up room but not a major issue for this type of truck, don't haul that much.

Honestly a pretty nice retractable locking cover

In heavy down pour with truck facing down hill of my drive way there was surprisingly very little amount of water coming in the the med, MINIMAL! The wetness on the side where track meets the retractable portion had very minimal drops coming in, the drain from the cover evacuates the water quickly from the two drains. I am actually pretty damn pleased with my purchase, I almost returned it for a more expensive model which I thought I ordered but settled and I’m happy. I can’t thank AT customer service as they went above and beyond to assist me with the purchase and concerns I had.

Just installed and graphene ceramic coated it

So I had a Gatortrax on my last truck and it looked bad from UV rays . This one takes less room in the bed to utilize the bed to back wall mostly which is a huge plus. I also like the retractable top than goes back in increments of 12 inches. I did a graphene ceramic coat on it to protect it although probably doesn't need it based on the materials but just in case. Putting on the side rails by yourself kinda was cumbersome but wouldn't not recommend it as it probably took about slightly over an hour solo.

One of the biggest plus this has is to have full access to the bed where other retractable covers only let you have 70% to 80% bed access

The latching slide rail failure

I bought the Pace Edwards JackRabbit Tonneau 6/20/19. After 5 months, the locking slide rail on the left side slides out as I close the cover. I have to fully open the cover & manually push the rail back in, close the tailgate & then close the cover. It is anannoying flaw. I need to know who to contact to get this problem corrected.

Second JackRabbit for me!

This is the second go around for me. The first JackRabbit I bought was in 2003 and was installed on 4 different trucks. The take up reel spring finally failed and I thought a completely new unit was in order. A few updates in the clamp down system but the design has remained primarily the same for over a decade. Easy install which took about and hour. I did look at other covers but decided that the proof was in the longevity of my experience with Pace-Edwards.

Installation hardware is mediocre quality

I bought this for a 2013 F-150 SC with a 6.5’ bed. The rail mounting hardware does not fit well on this truck bed. The clamps have come loose on several occasions so I don’t feel confident about the installation. I inspect it routinely to verify the clamps are still in place.
