Description
This Mustang belt tensioner is the same belt tensioner that's included in the 2010 ROUSHcharger kits, making it a replacement part for these packages:
- 2010 Mustang R2300 ROUSHcharger & Upgrade; Kit (part #420026)
- 2010 Mustang R2300 ROUSHcharger Upgrade Kit (part #420027)
- 2010 Mustang Chrome ROUSHcharger (part #420024)
This tensioner is specially designed for heavy duty applications to handle the added rotational forces on the FEAD from supercharging. This heavy-duty tensioner is an upgrade for all SINGLE BELT TVS R2300 ROUSH superchargers installed on 2005-2009 Mustang GTs.
Whether its for a full rebuild or some standard maintenance, the proper engine components are needed to make sure your vehicle is running smooth.
It is recommended that you replace your timing components on a regular basis (reference your vehicles manual). Keep your engine running properly with a quality set of timing components.
