Russell Blue 3/8in Aluminum Fuel Line - 639250

Lightweight, inexpensive and easy to use, Russell's aluminum fuel line is available in three sizes and three finishes to fit virtually any fuel system. Used where a flexible fuel line is not required, it is easily contoured to route along frame rails and chassis tubes. Connect to fuel line adapters using Russell tube nuts and tube sleeves and a 37° flaring tool or our Hard Tube Adapters. These Russell aluminum fuel lines are rated up to 250 psi.

Fuel lines are used to deliver fuel from the gas tank into the fuel rail. It is important to make sure fuel lines are tight and secure. Fuel line failure can lead to a fire or a loss of power.

Russell's wide variety of lightweight aluminum adapter fittings allow for the connection of Russell hose ends to almost any component. Adapters are offered in standard thread, metric thread and pipe thread to fit most popular oil pumps, fuel pumps, fuel filters plus a variety of other common components. To compliment the looks of the hose installation, three finishes are available - ultra-bright Endura, traditional blue anodized or our new black anodized fittings.
