      Description

      Tire pressure sensors are used to measure the amount of air pressure in your tires. By monitoring your tire pressure, you can make sure that your car is getting the best tire wear and gas mileage. The tire pressure sensors can also let you know ahead of time if you're losing too much tire pressure. This could save you from debeading your tires and ruining your wheels.

      Our history goes back to 1844, when a German immigrant, August Schrader, opened a small shop in lower Manhattan, NY. A few decades later, August Schrader's son, George Schrader, took over and produced the first bicycle valve in 1891. Less than 6 years later, he introduced the automotive pneumatic tire valve that is still used on most vehicles today. This was the first of many patents to follow.
