Bought this bike rack to go on my truck bed rails. Works well and is easy to use. Pretty nice rack for the price. I had 4 for my bicycles needed one more and these just seem to work well. Works for the 29 inch mtb and the 24 inch mtb. Very adjustable.

Great Product

First the dealer was very helpful in getting this rack delivered sooner rather than later. This kayak car rack makes loading a kayak a breeze. No more climbing a ladder to reach on the roof for loading or tieing down. The hydraulic assist takes all the weight of the kayak. And the rack is fairly easy to remove so you do not have it on the roof all the time.

Great bike rack

Love that it folds up for storage and easy to move with the wheels. It accommodates our heavier bikes which is why we got it. It also has a little ramp which hell’s loading a heaving bike. I highly recommend this rack.

Game changer

The ramp that allows for single person loading and uploading is a game changer if you have a heavy electric bike like I do. If you can load your bike on your own without a ramp then I'd say there are better Thule bike racks that are cheaper and easier to use but for my situation this rack is exactly what I needed and gives me the freedom to ride on my schedule and avoid having to ask for help loading and unloading my bike.

Hullavator

install is little bit involved so keep few hours for that. Distance between cross bars is very important and it varies by person. You should be comfortable able to pull the clips on arms and move kayak up at the same time. If you have tandem kayak, it might get tricky to manage the distance between arms because you want to tie the kayak where you have hull (not seating). All in all i really like the kayak, they should have included the locks for the price they charge, i highly recommend it.

This rack has done well for me. I have hauled several items, mostly a kayak. With the rack it has been a breeze. I go solo most of the time. I am able to load and unload by my self. The ease of changing heights has been great as well. It cost a little bit, but man it makes it so easy.

Nice Rack

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the rack installed on my truck. The only thing that was a bit hazy was which clamps should be fitted with the lock. Both front, both rear, opposite sides, I put both of mine on the front and after giving some thought switched to one front, one back, same sides. The other slight inconvenience for an older person is the numbers on the uprights are very hard to see with black embossed on black. So far it has easily held 12 ft 2 x 4's. 10 ft plastic pipe.
