Description, Q&A
This SES Suspension Upgrade fits the rear suspension of a Chevrolet Equinox. Each laser cut piece of steel is precision bent and powder-coated to ensure a quality fit. We've engineered our hollow rubber springs to deliver a progressive spring rate. In other words, the more weight that pushes down on the rubber springs the harder they work to prevent rear end sag. Whether you're pulling a trailer or carrying a heavy load in the back of your vehicle, our hollow rubber springs adjust automatically to keep the vehicle level at all times.
Suspension components are key to making sure your car is riding smoothly on or off the road. With upgraded suspension components, you can unlock the full potential of your vehicles performance.
Suspension over travel can lead to damaged parts and costly repairs. Bump stops are designed to prevent your steering or suspension components from over travelling. If you are upgrading your rig for performance driving, consider installing an aftermarket set of bump stops.
Timbren Industries' humble beginning starts with the premise that suspensions could and should work better. In 1968, it released the Aeon rubber springs and the famed SES (Suspension Enhancement Systems) upgrade kits, developed to keep vehicles consistently level while preventing roll and sway when overloaded with accessories like plows or slide-in campers. Knowing there is no one-size-fits-all in suspension and having a thorough knowledge of the properties and characteristics of rubber, Timbren Industries can provide 400+ suspension upgrade kits, furnishing a curated assortment of components that best suit each vehicle application. Timbren Industries has devoted many years to experimenting and innovating, allowing them to produce new products that meet engineering standards of excellence. It's also an ISO 9001 registered company that commits to manufacturing products of the highest quality for its valued customers. In addition, for the last 20 years, Timbren Industries has also developed suspension systems for trailers. Each new proprietary design is thoroughly scrutinized and sent for further testing at the General Motors Automotive Center for Excellence (ACE) at the University of Ontario. The company has grown into a team of experts with one focus: to offer the world the best suspension products at a reasonable price.
