Nice Tire, decent value

With this size tire (315/35r17) you do not have many choices. If you take the drag radials out of it, you have like two. I am super grateful that Toyo and Nitto still think about the OG Mustangs. I chose the Toyo due to their reputation and UTQG rating. Neither option I would say is cheap, but it is what it is? So far, the tire rides really nice and it goes without saying that the traction is WAY better than the 245's. I have mine mounted on AM 17x10.5s and really like the look. 4 out of 5 just because it hurts to pay $200 each for a 17"... but the others are considerably higher.

Early review

I don’t like to write reviews until I’ve had real world experience with the product. Everyone is eager for you to write reviews. So I may come back and revisit this post and make changes good or bad but being I only have about 600 miles on these tires I can only make my assessment from that and I will say they are very comfortable on the road with very little noise. Sidewalls seem a little soft as I am getting a fair amount of bulge where I didn’t with the harder falcon wildpeaks these replaced. So far I like them and like the looks

Great Tires

Put these on my Wrangler and first day drive through a nor’easter. The tires maintained great traction and cut through puddles of water like they were nothing going 50-60mph. Don’t notice any more noise vs the stock wheels that came on my Wrangler (KO2s). Highly recommend

Excellent

I used to only ride on nitto’s but my wallet got thinner. Then I tried these. Wow I’ve them in mud, sand, rocks, creeks, 20 inches of snow(plowed and un-plowed)and last yes even ice! I had no problem with any of it! Yes they are not quite. I recommend rotating every 5000 to keep the noise down. If you get even a fraction of uneven tread they get real loud! Oh rain, well any tire like this turns and braking you have to remember you on off road tires. Now puddle water on road tracked straight! Great tires. I have put 3 sets on!
