Westin Nerf Bars 1989 Chevy Silverado K1500
I've had these nerf bars on my truck for a number of years until I had to replace them. I went with the same nerf bars again because of the great look, overall endurance, ease of mounting, perfect fit and performance. I'd highly recommend these nerf bars to anyone.

New Westin Signature Black Nerf Bars
I have had these on for about two weeks, but could not tell what they look like because the truck was so dirty. Finally washed the truck and the bars look good. The only problem is that they are easily scuffed and scratched; however, they will be easy to repaint in a short time. My old chrome plated westin bars gave in to road salt after 14 years.

Easy install on my 2500HD. No drilling/less than an hour they were installed.

Excellent fit and installation. Instructions OK. Box said for 1500 only; however, perfect fit for 2500.

Very good price and installation was easy
I'm not a mechanic by any means but I did have the tools necessary to install them. The biggest problem was how much strength was needed in order to remove and then reinstall the manufacturer's bolts. I would recommend to anyone with a previous shoulder injury (like me) to buy/rent/borrow a pneumatic drill before attempting this install. Doing this by hand took me just over 4 hours. The nerf bars and mounting brackets were spot-on for alignment. There was no drilling required. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to add some style to their truck.
