Description
Brake rotors and pads are essential parts to making sure your vehicle is stopping promptly. By upgrading your brake pads and rotors, your vehicle will be able to handle more aggressive braking for longer periods of time.
If you are looking to increase the power of your vehicle's brakes, a big brake kit will make all the difference. Big brake kits are designed to equip your vehicle with a set of oversized brake pads, rotors, and calipers, making a drastic improvement in performance.
Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures high-performance disc brake systems. Since the company's inception in 1977 by Bill Wood, we have developed a substantial matrix of brake components and engineering techniques that allow us to quickly and reliably create brake systems for almost any application. Our core ability is the rapid development of custom engineered brake systems using a combination of off-the-shelf and custom components. In addition to designing and manufacturing brakes for all types of competitive motor sports, Wilwood also manufactures brake systems and components for agricultural equipment, industrial applications, utility vehicles, snowmobiles, quads, motorcycles and military vehicles.
With headquarters in Camarillo, California, Wilwood employs approximately 250 people. We have on-shelf stock of more than 300 different brake calipers, 200 rotor designs, 100 master cylinder designs and a wide assortment of brackets, fittings, valves and brake lines. Our off-shelf brake calipers range in size from tiny calipers used on go-carts and light duty industrial equipment, to heavy duty original equipment brakes for the U.S. military Humvee.
Wilwood's engineering department uses the latest computer-aided design and manufacturing techniques in conjunction with finite element analysis, dynamic test and cycle test equipment, to find high-performance and reliability solutions for the most difficult braking tasks. Our extensive inventory of proprietary on-the-shelf components allow us to provide cost-effective solutions for unique brake applications.

Amazing braking improvement
I used to have difficulty with braking with my 35" tires, and when I decided to upgrade to 37" I knew I had to do something to fix this. The Wilwood brakes are Amazing, I am very happy that I purchased these and wish I had done it long ago.

Upgrade from OEM
These brakes are an excellent upgrade on my 2015 Tundra. The difference they make is worth the extra cost. I’ll be upgrading the rear brakes to Wilwood soon.

6 piston from brake upgrade
These calipers and rotors are a must if you change tire size. Installation was a breeze. Follow the directions and look at the part numbers. I have a rubicon with a 2.5 inch lift. The brake lines that are with the kit are not long enough. Recommend buying 36 or 38 inch SBL with this kit so you don’t break anything while flexing.

Big Improvement
Easy to install and a good brake upgrade. Made a big difference in stopping with just the front upgraded. Stock brakes struggled to hold in 4L with my build but these have no issues.

Excellent upgrade!
These brakes are amazing both in functionality and looks. The install was really easy, the most difficult part was probably the cutting of the heat shield. However, that really wasn’t. Used a Dremel tool and snips. My only complaint would be that the new brake lines that come with the kit need to be 1” longer. When the vehicle is lifted and the wheels removed the new lines are at their limit. Also, the kit came with new upper brake line mounting brackets that are supposedly a replacement, but would not work what so ever. So I discarded them and there is no reusing the OE ones. Not an issue though. I took a couple days to install just cause I was in no rush, but it could be done in under 6 hours.

STOP, yes this is what this product does, my JKU did not prior to the Wilwood brakes. A bit pricey, but as they say you get what you pay for and these brakes are all of that. Thank you Extreme Terrain for the fast delivery and to Wilwood Sales rep for great info on this product.
