      Description

      Gain a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque with a K&N cold air intake system featuring a mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube. Each system is paired with a washable, reusable High-Flow Air Filter featuring oiled cotton filter media. The oversized, conical filter design allows you to go up to 100,000 miles between filter services under normal highway driving conditions. A custom heat shield or air box helps protect intake air from the high temperature of your engine bay, and the entire system can typically be installed in less than 90 minutes. Some intakes are not legal for sale or use on any pollution controlled motor vehicle in California. See the product specifications for CARB status on each part for a specific vehicle.

      We often recommend upgrading your OEM intake to a cold air intake as one of the first modification your should do to your car. Often times, the factory airbox is restricting.       Better than OEM

      K&N has been known for years to make the best air filters. Every car owner should have a K&N.

      Great CAI

      Another great K&N product. Installation took a little time, but I'm a perfectionist. It looks and works great! More sound at WOT (good!) and an increase in power. On the highway, the air intake temperature is now 2-3 degrees F. over ambient vs 5-6 degrees with stock air box. I highly recommend this. I've got the same one on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT 392.

      14 srt8 superbee charger k&n typhoon 69

      it was fairly easy to install and looks nice under the hood, but not much difference in the sound of the car, and didn't see much difference in the horse power. my 14 srt8 charger is still pretty fast.

      2016 Challenger Scat pack 6.4L

      Easy installation and quality design......looks great under the hood. I think with the increased air flow that a tune is necessary to achieve all the gains projected by K&N 22HP. I notice sometimes my acceleration "falls flat" and hesitates a bit . I'm looking at a Diablo PCM tuner. Overall great product!

      Varoom Typhoon!

      Great looking, fairly easy installation, took about an hour. The breather hose supplied with the kit fit a little too loosely on the manifold intake tube. I wrapped the intake tube with electric tape for a snug fit. K&N products are everything they advertise to be. I'm getting better fuel mileage than advertised and I do NOT have a feather foot. As far as extra power, I'm sure its there, but its hard to actually sense the difference between 485 & 507 HP on the street in my Challenger ScatPack!

      works and looks great. installation took longer than expected because the air flow sensor doesn't fit properly unless you remove the O-ring from the sensor.

      WOW...COLD AIR INTAKE

      I knew the Typhoon would boost my horsepower and torque, but the sound improvements it made to the intake and exhaust were an unexpected bonus. If you ever considered a cold air intake, take my advice , get the best one you can afford " You Won't Be Disappointed "
